How to Summon the Concierge!
(1) Click the Button (below) for the V/O Concierge package that best meets your budget and needs of
your particular Voiceover objectives.

(2) Following Receipt of your Package Order - V/O Concierge will contact you via email, phone or electronic message (if applicable) to confirm appointment times that work for all involved. "Steel", "Bronze, "Silver", and "Gold" sessions may be scheduled for any available free time. "Platinum" sessions are designed to be scheduled once per week for 52 different weeks. (Gold and Platinum plans allow possibility of shared program use and investment) Approval required! See Package Notes! Remember to fill out or provide all requested information completely!

(3) Your session time will be confirmed directly from V/O Concierge via email, along with verification and any further info about your selected service. Selected package offering must be paid fully before any service is provided.
Most V/O Concierge services are reserved for available times Monday-Thursday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (CST), or Fridays between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Clients schedule 55 minute sessions as allowed within the V/O Concierge program in which they are involved. (*) PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF LONGER SESSIONS... if schedules allow, Bo will not "cut you short" if we are making progress and will not charge you for or debit any extra time he himself decided to extend for a given session. YOU are the priority, not just strict adherence to the time clock!

As Bo is an active, full-time working Voiceover artist himself, as well as a personal and business consultant for persons outside of the VO industry, his schedule may vary. Contact us directly if other evening, weekday or weekend times are needed to better accommodate you.

*******DISCLOSURE*******
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Session time is reserved time and ‘no-shows’ and late cancellations affect scheduling options for our other patrons and, thus, prevent us from providing the highest level of service. We prefer that you inform us of any needs to resechedule your appointment no less than within 24 hours of your appointment or you you know you are running late to an appointment but still want to have your session, you will possibly sacrifice the amount time you were "tardy" for that particular appointment time with V/O Concierge. Your appointment ending time will not generally change. (in other words if you check in late... you lose however many minutes from that session time. It is not recovered.

There are NO REFUNDS for sessions. If you do not properly cancel or re-schedule an appointment, you may only transfer your payment credits and use them at a later date or for another service (as approved by the VO Concierge staff)

Payments can be made electronically upon receipt of the invoice composed in the PayPal portal, and can be made with Visa/MC/American Express/Discover or with your PayPal Balance.

If payment is made through mail by check or money order, please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive and process your payment, and credit your time account.

This package provides you with ongoing support, with 39 in phone or online sessions of 60 minutes each.
You can schedule any of these sessions (up to 2,340 minutes total) at any time. In the equivalent of three months worth of applied time, you will emerge more confident and prepared for success in your voiceover enterprise, and will build week to week upon each session.

ADDITIONAL PERKS FOR THS PACKAGE!

*** Participants in the GOLD package have the added flexibility to share or assign sessions to/with another qualified individual . *** Thus, two or three persons can share the investment of the Gold package and divide (and schedule) sessions proportionally among themselves. *** Additionally, participants in the GOLD package may use sessions to participate in future Life/Business Coaching programs or current Consultation services offered by Bo Barker through INSIGHTS.

52 consecutive weeks working with the VO Concierge will firmly establish your VO direction in a positive way. Consistent contact, honest accountability, and the vested assistance you will receive over time provides great value in lieu of more expensive and hasty "VO coaching and demo mill" weekend approaches that exist to the peril of the serious, passionate, committed VO aspirant or professional. Get on your transformational path and stay on it.
Includes a 60 - minute phone or in person virtual session every week for one year. (up to 3,120 minutes total) You can schedule your calls at any available time during the week.
